Leica M7 Hermes Edition

Leica M7 Hermes Edition

I’ve been blogging about gadgets lately but this is one thing that I really doubt I would but. One it would cost more than my Europe (rescheduled for 2010) trip and two I could get a Leica M9 and a Travel Birkin with that price.

Leica X1 : Great things come in small packages

Leica X1 : Great things come in small packages

Leica recently announced X1 alongside with the M9. X1 is a compact camera with a large APS-C sensor and a fixed 35mm equivalent field-of-view F2.8 autofocus lens. It’s slightly bigger than my Leica D-Lux 4 but has a 10x bigger sensor. It is designed closer to the M-series rangefinders. The camera features a 2.7″ LCD and 12MP CMOS sensor with an ISO range of 100 to 3200 and like all real Leicas it’s made in Germany.
